I bought this for my wife for Christmas and we've been ecstatic with it's performance. We originally had a Gaggia Classic 4 yrs ago so we were very familiar with the operation. The double boiler system just makes the espresso and steam sooo much quicker and easier. No waiting for the boiler to bring the water up to steam temp after making the espresso. This product is highly recommended!
