Gaggia Achille Manual Espresso Machine|11400 Feature

Gaggia Achille Manual Espresso Machine|11400 Overview

With it's great vintage look and cylindrical stainless steel housing, the Achille brings back the lever operated espresso machine. Whether you're a novice or an experienced barista, you'll fall in love with the Achille's style and ease of use.

To brew your espresso, complete with that beautiful golden crema, all you need to do is raise the lever on the front of the machine to allow water to infuse the coffee in the filter holder. Then, lower the lever to brew and the pressure forces water through the coffee and into your cup.

The Achille also boasts a large capacity stainless steel boiler, equipped with a heat exchanger and a pressure controller. The heat exchanger boiler allows it to go from brewing to steaming without wait time. The boiler temperature and pressure, which can be monitored using the Achille's pressure gauge, are controlled with an internal pressure regulator that ensures that the Achille is always ready to brew. And, the 28 oz water reservoir can be refilled at any time, without having to remove the pressure cap.
